Thank you for shopping at Good Market. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Process
A: Contact us by mail for return eligibility, then we will email you the return authorization number, you need to write it on the outside of the box, if you are not eligible for return, you may not be eligible for return.
*TIP Please do not return items to the sender of the package as our distribution warehouse is different from the warehouse used for returns.
B: get your package ready

  1. Your return will be securely packaged in the original packaging with the return authorization number written on the outside of the box.
  2. Attach your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are displayed. When the package is ready, please send it to us
    C. What happens next?
    We will refund the return fee as soon as we receive the item and send you an email to confirm the return has been completed. Refunds are made to the original form of payment.
  3. How to cancel the order?
    You can contact [email protected] during our business hours to cancel your order before your package is shipped.
    Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6pm.
    Once your package has shipped/leaves our warehouse, it will be marked as “completed” and automatically shipped to you, you will no longer be able to cancel your order or make any changes. We cannot cancel or refund “in transit” orders.
  4. How do I return the item?
    Buying with confidence is our goal. If you have purchased an item and you are not completely satisfied with it, we are happy to issue a refund to you, all order questions must be contacted by mail within 30 days of delivery, unfortunately, thirty (30) days after delivery, we Returns cannot be authorized within 30 days of purchase, and all purchases through Liberty Origina are non-refundable.
    *Currently, we can only authorize one return authorization per order. Please make sure you have selected all the items you want to return.
    Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges without a prior return authorization, we recommend that all returns be sent by a traceable courier. Always keep the return tracking number associated with your returned package to ensure the package is returned to our warehouse. Good Market is not responsible for any package with a return label not provided by us or shipped to any location not provided by us.
    *We will not give refunds if any item is used or lost.
    Return requirements:
    a) All original labels, stickers, packaging, accessories and decorations of the merchandise must be intact; (including clear plastic with merchandise barcodes);
    b) We will not issue a refund if the product is used, excluding all parts/contents or items not in their original packaging.
    c) We need a tracking number to verify your return.
    d) If you need to change to a different size of the same style and price, please check if there is a new size and color. (Please let us know the size or color – write it in the remarks section and slide the packing slip into your return package).
    For returns, please contact [email protected] with your order number reference. We will get back to you as soon as possible with detailed instructions in the order in which we received them.
    Please note that we are not responsible for your return shipping.
  5. How soon will I receive my refund?
    Once the return is received, they will inspect and process it within 3-5 business days. When your return has been processed, we will return your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.
    Note: 1. Refunds do not include shipping charges for packages that have been delivered, returned due to wrong address, or returned due to undeliverable delivery address, which are non-refundable.
  6. If you do not return the item in the condition in which it was delivered, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item to you based on the condition of the item received (i.e. packaging damage, water damage, intentional damage, traces of use, etc.) The right to a refund for the purchase.
  7. Swap
    Our products are brand new and of good quality, but if you have a problem or defect, please contact us to file a claim within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will then send you a replacement. If you contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, we will not be able to send replacements.
